Contact Pelton Solutions

Email is the fastest way to reach us: contactus@peltonsolutions.com. It goes to a person rather than a ticket queue, and you will usually hear back the same working day.

We are a small company in Michigan. That has a practical upside when you get in touch: the person answering your question can normally answer it, rather than forwarding you on and hoping.

Already using one of our products?

Go straight to that product's own site. Each one has its own documentation, pricing and account support, and you will get a faster answer there than through a general enquiry:

  • Knowledge ERP for inventory, internal assets, equipment rental and barcode labelling.
  • Swiftrics for website publishing, hosting and SEO tooling.
  • Live Agent Pro for managing hosts and payouts at a live-streaming talent agency.

Thinking about a project?

If you have a process that has outgrown the spreadsheet holding it together, we are interested in hearing about it even if none of our current products is the answer. Most of what we have built started as somebody describing a problem they were tired of.

Useful things to include: what the process is, who has to touch it, where it currently breaks, and how many people would need access. That is usually enough for us to say whether we can help or whether you want something else entirely.

Have a look at the products first, since one of them may already cover it.

What to expect when you email

A reply from a person, normally within one working day. If your question is a bug report, it helps enormously to know which product, what you were doing, and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots are welcome and rarely wasted.

If you are asking whether one of our products can do a particular thing, the honest answer is sometimes no. We would rather tell you that up front than sell you a subscription you will cancel in a month. Where we know of a better tool for your situation, we will say so.

We do not run a phone line. It is not an oversight: a written thread means the detail survives, and whoever picks the question up later can see exactly what was already tried.

Elsewhere

We post occasionally on LinkedIn, X and Facebook. Longer pieces about inventory, assets and websites go on the blog, and the about page covers where the company came from.
