They do not cover our products. Knowledge ERP, Swiftrics and Live Agent Pro each have their own Terms of Service, which you agree to when you create an account. If you are a customer, those are the terms that govern your subscription — not these.
2. What this site is
An informational website about Pelton Solutions and the software we make. There is no account to create here, nothing to buy, and nothing to sign in to.
3. Using the site
You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not:
- use it in a way that interferes with its operation or with other people's use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or to any system connected to it;
- scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other visitors;
